The most powerful invention in human history is language. The capacity to speak, understand and be understood has taken us far since our first clumsy utterances in the bygone days of our innocent union with nature. Poetry and storytelling are the greatest testaments to the complexity with which we can share our thoughts, feelings and ideas. From the greatest epics to the most mundane anecdotes around the water cooler, we all share stories. They are not only the bits and pieces of the things that happen to us, they are the vestiges that remain for future generations to understand who we are.
Here I endeavor to explore those stories while sharing some of my very own. Thank you for visiting, and remember: be good to yourselves and each other.
One Love,
Adam H.C. Myrie
